How everything started...
John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States said that the “Chinese use two brush strokes to write the word 'crisis.' One brush stroke stands for danger; the other for opportunity. " The choice is ours!
… So, influenced by the impending 2020 crisis, and facing the reality of the number of people left without jobs, along with those seeking career change, Mina and Boris created SmallTalk.bg.

Mina Kostova
CEO & Co-founder
Mina graduated with a degree in Finance in Edinburgh. Her desire for career development in her home country took over and she decided to come back to Bulgaria, where she continued her path in the field of Human Resources.
She currently holds a managerial role in one of the largest Market research companies in the country.
Boris Rangelov
CEO & Co-founder
Boris holds a Masters degree in IT Management from NBU. He’s also an active participant in the biggest professional community of Product Managers - ProductTank Sofia. He has been a mentor of startup projects in a variety of fields.
He currently is a Product Manager of a leading world-renowned iGaming company.
Pati Kostadinova
Business & Strategy Manager
Pati is a Law graduate from the UK. She currently takes the position of a Regional Manager in the largest startup accelerator globally - idea stage, Founders Institute.
Thanks to her great communication and leadership skills, she successfully leads programs in 30 cities all around the world, where innovative business ideas are born.
Polina Todorova
Product designer
Polly holds a Masters degree in Graphic and spatial design from NBU. She currently is a Freelance Product Designer.
Thanks to her design skills, she is able to assist start-up businesses and product companies with innovative ideas to develop successfully - from Sofia all the way to San Francisco.
Tsveta Stoyanova
Front end developer
Tsvety graduated from the University of Economic Sciences, and simultaneously took WebFundamentals and WordPress courses at SoftUni. Ever since she was a student, she knew she wanted to become a Front-end developer.
Over the past 2 years she has been actively developing WordPress-based websites, as well as creating great Landing Pages.
Ralitsa Ilieva
Content creator
Rali holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Business Administration, as well as Journalism and Mass Communications from the American University in Bulgaria.
She currently is a Talents and Culture Lead at Dreamix and her main goal is to keep the company culture alive, as well as to attract the best IT talents for the company.

How the idea became our mission
The factors that motivated us to start the project were: the growing IT sector in the country, the increasing number of people who want to change careers, as well as the opportunity to help students who are wondering if a particular field would be suitable for them.
Guided by their belief that an informal, friendly conversation can change destinies and that good things start small, Mina and Boris launch the initiative.
